A One-Day Plan for Cleaning the Whole House

A One-Day Plan for Cleaning the Whole House

One caddy, one fixed route and 25 minutes per zone: the Saturday-morning system for a whole clean house.

A whole-home clean feels impossible until it becomes a route. Work top to bottom, back to front: dust ceilings and shelves first, then glass and mirrors, then counters, and floors absolutely last.

Carry one caddy with an all-purpose spray, microfiber cloths, a scrub brush and a rubbish bag so you never leave the room mid-task. Set a timer for 25 minutes per zone and stop when it rings.

Keep the kit minimal and the order fixed, and the entire house resets in a single Saturday morning.
